Common questions before you buy.

Two to three weeks from the time you submit the questionnaire and supporting documents. The debrief call is scheduled for the end of that window.

Three years of P&L and balance sheet, a customer concentration summary, your largest contracts, your org chart, and your license/insurance documents. A full list is provided after purchase. Missing items are not disqualifying — they're useful signal.

Not required, but recommended. If you've taken the free Snapshot we'll carry your answers forward so you don't repeat work. Either way, the Diagnostic stands on its own.

No. The Diagnostic is an operational preparation review. We'll flag compliance red flags and point you to the specialist work that belongs with attorneys, CPAs, or appraisers. We stay in our lane on purpose.

If you submit your questionnaire and evidence and feel the final report misses the mark, we'll review the work and either revise it or refund the engagement. We'd rather get it right than keep the money.
